New CNC Upgrade Options for older CENTROID CNC controls:

In addition to repairing older CENTROID CNC components there are several Upgrade options now available for all older CENTROID CNC controls. With the introduction of our new CNC CPU the MPU11 and our Windows 10/11 based software. It is now possible to upgrade just the CNC CPU to the latest MPU11 CNC CPU. This new upgrade path will allow the existing servo drive(s) and PLC to remain in place while upgrading the CNC PC and CENTROID CNC software to modern computer hardware running Windows 10/11. So you get the benefits of a new CNC PC that is fast with the latest CENTROID CNC software loaded full of new features while retaining the stock CNC electrical cabinet. Depending on your model of console or pendant there are several different ways to go. The upgrades are usually an involved process and are available through our factory trained CNC reps worldwide, this is the best way to go. You'll be getting personal service from a CENTROID rep and most importantly your machine will be upgraded in a short period of time and you'll receive some training on the new features. CENTROID UPGRADES for Older CENTROID CNC Controls

Centroid supports its customers by offering affordable CNC repair and upgrade electronics.

Centroid has specifically designed the "Legacy Add" board to allow older Centroid servo based systems to be upgraded with a Modern Windows 10/11 CNCPC while retaining the original Servo Drives, Servo Motors, PLC and Power Supplies. Very little to no rewiring is required. The Centroid MPU11 CNC Motion Control Board with the Legacy Add card connects to the exisiting Centroid Hardware and runs the latest Centroid CNC software.
