Vacu-Vise™ is a complete solution for holding flat or irregular shaped parts. The Vacu-Vise™ is powered by a Vacuum Pump, and can be used with any liquid, even coolant. The table and Vacuum Pump can even be used submerged in liquid.

Vacuum Table
The base and top plate of the Vacu-Vise™ are constructed of high-grade anodized aluminum with stainless steel fastener hardware. Delrin strips are used for part squaring. For part-holding, foam gasket material fits into the grid matrix channels to create a vacuum seal around the part periphery. Side clamps and Mitee Bites clamps provide an additional holding option.

Fixturing Examples

  • All cuts are made at 60% cutter width at 5000 rpm with a holding vacuum of 27" HG(-13psi)

  • Requires at least 85 psi of shop air

  • Uses 1.2 to 1.8 cfm
