After receipt
of all necessary data we will review the incident and forward it
to a Centroid tech rep with the appropriate level or area of expertise.
The Centroid Tech Rep will then contact the person who filed the
Trouble Report form. In order to efficiently solve the problem the
technician must be able to speak with someone who can provide firsthand
information. Preferably with a phone that can reach the machine.
When troubleshooting, the end user must be on-site and be able to
access the control. If you are unable or unwilling to perform the
tasks the technician requires of you, a fee-based on-site service
call by your Local Tech Rep will be necessary.
